These guys are true professionals from start to finish. Did a great job on repairing our roof and explained everything in great detail. Also did it in a prompt manner and followed up with us when we had questions. I would highly recommend Taylor and his team if you are in need of a new roof or just fixing the old one.

Less than two years after Paragon Roofing did an outstanding job replacing our roof, Nashville's Fern Ice Storm brought heavy, ice-laden, huge limbs crashing down onto it. I think the superb quality work Paragon completed in April, 2024, is the reason our home sustained no interior damage, not even in the attic. Once again, from my initial call to the completion of repairs, every aspect of the experience was exceptionally positive. Nick Rivera was especially attentive and helpful, promptly assessing the damage, keeping me well informed throughout the process, coordinating with my insurance company, and following up consistently. As in 2024, the Project Manager Sergio, clearly explained what was done. The crew worked efficiently and skillfully, restoring the roof in less than a day to look as perfect as it did after their original installation.

Paragon Roofing provided one of the best experiences I've ever had with a service provider. Taylor, the owner, was helpful in every aspect of putting a new roof on part of our house. He did everything he could to convince State Farm Insurance to cover the cost of the roof due to hail damage. He even went so far as to obtain an expert on roofing to inspect the damage done. After repeated efforts to convince State Farm to cover the cost of repair, I decided to have Paragon go ahead with the needed roofing repairs. I have never had a company work so hard on behalf of the customer. Once started the needed work was done quickly and expertly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a new roof.

We had a substantial complete roof replacement project that included gutters, downspouts, outdoor appliances, damaged decking, as well as the roof. Paragon not only did a first class job but his complete team was a joy to work with. Very responsive and knowledgeable. They also knew the ins and outs of the complexities of working with our insurance carrier. Their integrity came through from the beginning through the final payment. I have been around a long time and this was as good an experience as you could hope for.

I have used Paragon roofing for a couple of jobs. Taylor and his guys are courteous, on time and do a great job. Plus I ask questions and they always take time to explain what they are doing. If I need something done with my roof or soffit I just call Taylor at Paragon.
